2011 was kind to us, more kind than we could have ever hoped for, that’s for sure. Its hard to put into words how fulfilling and exciting this year was for us and adequately show how much we appreciate our clients. To everyone that let us into their homes, their lives, their families, and relationships, to everyone that trusted us to be part of their wedding and share such happy memories with us: thank you. We love you all!
If you haven’t seen Pt. 1 of this awesome session, check it out! For the first 3/4 of Lindy and Mitch’s day after/anniversary session, we did it up big with their wedding day outfits and flowers galore. For the last little bit, the couple changed in to their “street” clothes and even took a few pictures with their pup. I loved every bit of our time together and can’t wait until the next occasion when this lovely couple needs photographs of their lives!
Lindy and Mitch wanted their anniversary session to be special. They combined their love for each other with their love for flowers. I suggested shooting at a kind of deserted area so that the only thing really showcased was the couple themselves and the details that they loved. After we finished setting up the amazing flowers, we spent an unseasonably warm evening together, laughing and being inspired. I absolutely adore when shoots come together even better than I had imagined and when I leave and am even more excited than before we started taking the pictures. Loving life, people! That’s what it’s called.
