Rachel and Bryce drove in from Houston to flirt, cuddle, and giggle in front of my camera for their anniversary session. It was such a nice experience to see two people who are so comfortable with each other and so in love and so willing to share it. The last image is my absolute favorite of the bunch.

Ashley and Daniel contacted me to see if I could photograph a session for their third anniversary. We ended up scheduling our time together on their actual wedding date and planned to just walk around a nice little area to see what we would find (my favorite). About two minutes in to our time together, Ashley told me that they were wondering if I would mind photographing a little on-the-fly vow renewal at the end. Um, HELLO!?! I think that was my actual reply. So after we were done wandering around and after they were done cuddling in alley ways, we found a spot with some nice light and they read their new vows to each other while I got to be a fly on the wall, with my camera. Seriously, a special night. Can’t wait to see what the next three years have in store for this lovely couple!
And I’ve got to add… the first picture below, that picture is why I do what I do.

Sarah and Tony wanted to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary by getting together and taking some pictures in their lovely home. Of course, I was ecstatic. I’ve known the couple since 5th grade (back when I used to wear plaid overalls) and have been so happy to be able to capture their story over the past few years.
Their home was so lovely and warm and.. hello.. right from a magazine. It was at our session that I finally understood the appeal of throw pillows and I have Sarah to thank for that.

Krystal and John contacted me to photograph a session to celebrate their 5 years of marriage. And it turns out, we have the same wedding anniversary.. so naturally, we are kindred spirits. As soon as we started in the hot, hot, hot, hot, hot Texas heat, I knew that Krystal and John still had it. The way that they looked at each other, the constant smiling, the easiness of it all. It was beautiful. I’m so glad that I got to meet and celebrate their love and I can’t wait for the next time our paths cross!
