Rachel and Bryce drove in from Houston to flirt, cuddle, and giggle in front of my camera for their anniversary session. It was such a nice experience to see two people who are so comfortable with each other and so in love and so willing to share it. The last image is my absolute favorite of the bunch.
Ashley and Daniel contacted me to see if I could photograph a session for their third anniversary. We ended up scheduling our time together on their actual wedding date and planned to just walk around a nice little area to see what we would find (my favorite). About two minutes in to our time together, Ashley told me that they were wondering if I would mind photographing a little on-the-fly vow renewal at the end. Um, HELLO!?! I think that was my actual reply. So after we were done wandering around and after they were done cuddling in alley ways, we found a spot with some nice light and they read their new vows to each other while I got to be a fly on the wall, with my camera. Seriously, a special night. Can’t wait to see what the next three years have in store for this lovely couple!
And I’ve got to add… the first picture below, that picture is why I do what I do.
Now that we’re in the new year and we have a bit of downtime before the next wedding season starts, I should try to show off all of the amazing family sessions that I got to photograph in 2011! Today, I will introduce you to the Bearden family! Cara is one of my closest friends in the world and I’ve been lucky enough to know Posey since she was just a week old. About a month ago, we took our families bowling together for the first time and watching Posey and Harper try it for the first time was probably one of the cutest things I’d ever seen.
Anyway, I love Cara + Matt + Posey and if you’ve got good taste.. you will too!
You can be jealous of Erin and Dan for a few reasons. One, they are both attractive people who have found each other, making them an even greater attractive couple. Two, they are super happy together and make each other constantly smile. And three, they are holding their wedding at The Highball this weekend, making them two of the coolest people in the universe.
I’ve had such a blast getting to know Erin and Dan and can’t wait to celebrate them this weekend while karaoke, nuptials, and bowling fill the air!
