Jennifer and Austin’s wedding was such a warm day. Warm as in.. oh gosh, it was hot and warm as in, everyone was so happy and lovely to be around. When I was picking out images to blog from their day, I just kept falling in love with how smiley everyone was the entire day, beaming from ear to ear. And that’s the way it should be! Such a fun wedding to have been a part of.
It’s about that time of year when everyone scrambles to get family pictures done. Nicer weather, holidays approaching, long sleeves.. I get it. I get it and I love it.
I’ve known Glory since I was 11 years old. That sentence blows my mind. We wore matching overalls in 5th grade and danced to Aerosmith in 8th grade on New Year’s Eve. Now, she has a beautiful family and I’ve gotten to witness it growing ever since her and Kyle first tied the knot. Two beautiful babes later, and we were taking family pictures in the woods by their home. Life is good.
Erin is a dream bride. I mean, look at her. She’s sweet as can be on the inside and a complete beauty on the outside. She finally tied the knot with her love, Matt, this past Saturday so I can now happily show off her bridals. Oh, I love these.
Whitney and Justin are the kind of couple that you want to photograph every day. And by that, I mean that I want to photograph them every day. They were so warm and happy and loving and funny and awesome on their wedding day that the whole thing flashed by and I wasn’t ready for it to be over. The wedding was held at the Austin Seminary where Whitney had just graduated from. The chapel was absolutely gorgeous and all of the decorations that Whitney had made for the reception added such a personal and sweet touch. My absolute favorite part of the day was when the chapel doors opened during the ceremony to show Whitney at the end of the aisle at the exact right moment during a Sigur Ros song. Everything built, the anticipation on Justin’s face and the music and then suddenly, there she was.. and it was beautiful.
